The Big Trip Up Yonder is a sci-fi comedy about an elderly woman, Grandma Bertha, who is relocated to a space station after the world she lives on is overcrowded and polluted. After her first adventure to outer space, Grandma Bertha embarks on a quest to find a new home and new beginnings. Along the way, she meets a space pirate, befriends a robot, and discovers an unknown world beyond her own.
