Summary
Locrine, the son of King Brutus, falls in love with Humber, daughter of the slain King Corineus. When her father's murderer, Albanactus, demands her hand in marriage, Locrine and Humber flee. However, Albanactus tracks them down and kills Locrine. Humber drowns herself and the city is named after her.
