It follows the story of Virgil Samms, a secret agent from Earth, on his journey to become the first director of Galactic Patrol, and his journey to find the mysterious alien race, the Arisians. Along the way, Virgil has to protect the secrets of the Cosmic Lens in order to save the galaxy from destruction from the Eddorians.
