"Through the Wheat" follows the story of an American soldier, Robert, as he fights in World War I. After being wounded, he reflects on his experiences and the bond he formed with a fellow soldier, Stoddard. Despite the horrors of war, Robert finds purpose and a sense of duty in fighting for his country.
