The Rover

"The Rover" tells the story of a group of English soldiers, led by Willmore, who are stationed in Naples during Carnival season. They become entangled with a group of Spanish ladies, including Angelina and Florinda, who are trying to escape arranged marriages. Amidst disguises, mistaken identities, and romantic pursuits, the characters struggle with love, honor, and betrayal.
