Story of Old Harbour Town: 
Two young orphans, Jack and Lily, find themselves in Old Harbor Town where the mysterious Mr. Smith offers them a home. They soon discover that he runs a secret seed smuggling operation. Jack and Lily must decide whether to stay or expose his wrongdoing and save the town.
