The Gods of Mars

John Carter, a Confederate veteran, finds himself mysteriously transported to Barsoom, known to us as Mars. He encounters theholds of the Therns, a mysterious and deadly society, and theorgans of the red-skinned people of Mars. He mustsave Dejah Thoris, the Princess of Mars, from the clutches ofthe Therns. Together they battle against the forces of evil, andultimately triumph.
