Daisy Dare, and Baby PowerPoems
To Him who never spurned

[56]

Fading away in prayer,

A noon of gladness there.

To pillow and bless at night,—

Jinnie, so bonnie and bright!

Crowned by that golden hair;

Will all my lambs be there?

I bow my head and pray,

[57]

Suffer them not to stray."

Over life's stormy tide,

Saviour be thou my guide.
