The Flame Messenger: King of Supernatural Powers
ir invisibility was ineffective against Brutols.

More significantly, Brutols wielded a formidable soul-absorbing blade, capable of absorbing the souls of magicians and converting them into magical energy. This energy was crucial for the reconstruction of the magic tower. For Brutols, obtaining more magical energy was his goal. Though he swept through several areas of the tower, he couldn't gather enough. Puzzled, he wondered where all the magicians had gone.

Finally, in the basement prison, Brutols found the magicians hiding, along with numerous innocent civilians who had been imprisoned for offending the magicians. Brutols couldn't leave these people to die. Swift in his attack, he eliminated the magicians in a few swift strikes. The magicians, dying on the cold basement floor rather than their luxurious beds, had led lives wasted on abusing their magical privilege.

The acquisition of such a mighty sword was, at the very least, something to be pleased about.

“Where should I go next?” Brutols pondered. Although unsure of his direction, some awaited him. Unlike his original world, this one was embroiled in endless wars, constantly needing a hero. Eliminating the magicians at the tower alleviated one source of conflict. Unknown to Brutols, the magic tower magicians were a bane, pillaging surrounding villages, and their demise was a relief to many.

The white-robed mage provided Brutols with a highly accurate magical map, a prized possession of the tower. Grateful, Brutols asked where he should go. The mage suggested traveling north, where magicians waged war against dwarves, seeking their minerals and wealth. These northern magicians were stronger than those in the tower.

Indeed, the magic tower appeared weakened because many magicians had left for war. Were they all present, its defense would have been tenfold. Understanding, Brutols raided the tower’s treasury, accumulating immense wealth. To his delight, he found a storage ring — a common fantastical tool in novels, but with an added feature t
