The Flame Messenger: King of Supernatural Powers
ppear where to ensure he wouldn’t come back empty-handed.

“Hmm, according to my two-month investigation, the animals in this area should have been driven away by a very fierce beast. This beast must be quite formidable, at least an adult tiger,” Brutols muttered to himself. He always hunts alone, so over time he developed the habit of talking to himself to avoid neglecting his Mandarin skills. However, Brutols hadn’t forgotten his main objective this time. He picked up his short knife, which looked very ordinary — like one you'd find easily in a butcher's shop. But when Brutols held the knife, it was entirely different. His knife skills were quite advanced, although he was a fire elemental power wielder.

The greatest weapon of a fire elemental power wielder is their supernatural ability, but they can't always rely on it. Some things are immune to fire, like machinery or fireproof suits. Brutols would have to retreat in such cases. However, his fire ability is also excellent for escaping, somewhat like the Logia Fruit in "One Piece." Physical attacks generally can't harm him; fire can nullify most non-supernatural threats.

Yet, Brutols knows he cannot always rely on this. As a warrior, he holds a sense of honor and would never flee hastily from a strong enemy. This time was no different. If fire couldn’t defeat the foe, Brutols planned to engage in close combat. His short knife, though seemingly regular, was made from special metal produced by a metal elemental power wielder in his organization. It far surpassed common knives. People can be similar — appearances may be deceiving, but the differences in strength can be vast. Brutols was different from other adventurers; he aimed to eliminate dangerous threats for the community.

If the ferocious beast continued rampaging here, the ecosystem of the entire forest would suffer greatly. Brutols couldn't sit by and let the other animals and villagers suffer losses — economic for the villagers, but life-threatening for the animals. However, he didn’t expect his target to be no ordinary beast but a mythical creature — the Seven-Colored Divine Bear! Standing over three meters tall and with rainbow-hued, dazzling fur, it was the legendary Seven-Colored Divine Bear!

The bear’s enormous, blood-red eyes seemed stained with fresh blood, exuding a powerful menace. But Brutols felt no fear, having been through numerous battles. To him, this bear was just another prey. If he couldn’t defeat it, he’d lose face returning to his superpowered comrades.

But, the Seven-Colored Divine Bear was no pushover. It swiftly launched an attack, and Brutols felt dizzy as the bear's radiance intensified. The bear suddenly lunged, its massive claws bearing down, but Brutols dodged. He had been rigorously trained for such encounter
