seal with his left hand, sending a white light beam towards the man.

"Junior, you are indeed arrogant," the black-robed man said with a hint of amusement, though his presence felt icy cold. A powerful cold energy released from him.

He clenched his hands and struck at Qin Yi. The air in front of him seemed to freeze, shattering the gold-blood sword energy and breaking the finger seal. Qin Yi blocked with his sword but was still sent flying.

    The onlookers murmured amongst themselves.

"Hall Master, please stop fighting!" Tang Qixin shouted, stepping forward to halt the battle. She struck the Law Enforcement Hall Master with her Cold Jade Palm, slowing his speed. He hovered in the air, no longer pursuing Qin Yi.

"Qixin, why are you protecting this boy?" the Hall Master rebuked. Tang Qixin shook her head, "I’m not protecting him. I just ask that you not bully the weak!" Her last words resonated loudly, leaving the Hall Master momentarily stunned.
