The Blood Sword Demon Youth

"Ah!" The black-robed man clutched his head in pain, his body flung several meters away by the sound waves. Cowed, he reluctantly fled, unable to retaliate.

"This is a Blood Origin Stone. It contains concentrated blood aura, which will aid your recovery," the old man explained.

"Such a valuable thing, and you’re giving it to me?" Qin Yi found it hard to believe, astonished by the old man’s generosity, especially after seeing the old man easily drive away the black-robed man, earning a bit of admiration.

Qin Yi crushed the Blood Origin Stone, and a rich blood aura emerged, greedily absorbed by his body.

Qin Yi immediately felt his wounds healing faster, and even his body seemed to make slight progress. This made him desire the Blood Origin Stone even more.

"I only ask that you chat with me. I can give you more Blood Origin Stones. I’ve been here a long time with no one to talk to," the old man raised his heavy head, his bones making a creaking sound.

Hearing the creaking of the old man's bones, Qin Yi felt a pang of sorrow.

"Then why don’t you talk to those strong guys over there," Qin Yi pointed at the burly men next to him, looking curiously at the old man.

The old man’s dry lips curled into a faint, eerie smile.

"Do they even deserve it?!" the old man said disdainfully. Qin Yi chuckled in agreement.

"Kid, tell me about your blood-red hair. Humans are supposed to have black hair."

"But here..." Qin Yi glanced around, hinting at their surroundings. The old man understood.

"Oh, it’s fine, watch this," the old man conjured a gray energy shield, enveloping both him and Qin Yi.

"This is an energy shield. It also has soundproofing. No one outside can hear us," the old man explained with a smile.

"I’m not entirely sure why my hair turned blood-red. It happened after I saw my parents..." Qin Yi trailed off, tears welling in his bright eyes.

"To think someone so young has endured so much," the old man said, sensing the deep hatred and anger in the boy’s heart.

"If you want revenge, you need to get stronger, understand?" the old man advised, like a stern teacher.

"Of course I know that, but I'm so weak right now," Qin Yi said, feeling frustrated by his powerlessness, knowing he was like an ant to others.

Qin Yi clenched his fists, glaring at his broken sword. The old man noticed the sword, feeling a strange familiarity with it.

"Remember, every strong person started as a weak one," the old man said.

    Qin Yi nodded in understanding.

"Enough talk of this. Show me your natal Qi," the old man looked at Qin Yi expectantly. He had sensed a mingled but weak energy in Qin Yi when he first arrived.

"My master warned me not to reveal my natal Qi casually t
