The Blood Sword Demon Youth

As he neared, the Three-Leaf Myriad Thunder Grass responded, sending three claw-shaped lightning strikes toward Qin Yi.

The lightning claws collided with Qin Yi's fists, causing the flesh on his hands to tear and blood to splatter. Qin Yi realized he had underestimated the herb.

Just then, golden-blooded spiritual energy surged from his fists, bolstering their power, and the clash between the lightning and spiritual energy intensified, neither gaining the upper hand.

"Not bad, but it's useless against me now," Qin Yi said, and purple-gold lightning sparked from his fists, scattering the three lightning strikes.

The glow around the herb dimmed significantly.

"Hmph, I've only been cultivating for five years since my birth. Fighting a brat like you who's been around for over ten years? How could I be your match!" The herb sounded so aggrieved.

"If my parents hadn't left, you wouldn't dare bully me like this!"

Qin Yi was at a loss for words, feeling a bit ashamed as it seemed he was indeed bullying the young herb.

"Go ahead, take my leaf. It's not like I can fight you off anyway," the herb said, resignation in its voice, making Qin Yi feel even guiltier.

He knew how vital a leaf was for the herb, but he also couldn't ignore his master's dire situation.

"Don't worry, I promise I'll help you recover after taking your leaf," Qin Yi assured, patting his chest.

But the herb seemed indifferent, as if resigned to its fate, leaving Qin Yi not knowing what to do.

"You don't believe me? I can swear an oath!" Qin Yi felt helpless, not wanting to forcibly take the leaf, which would weigh heavily on his conscience.

"Fine, after you take my leaf, you must take me out to see the world and help me recover," the childish voice said again, making Qin Yi’s eyes light up.

"Why do you want to see the world?" he asked.

"My father told me about the outside world. I'm curious. And you possess lightning powers that can aid my cultivation, right?"

"Alright, that's no problem at all. I'm going to take the leaf now," Qin Yi replied with a smile.

"Do it, but be gentle," the herb trembled as Qin Yi reached out, clearly afraid of the pain from losing a leaf.

Qin Yi hesitated for a moment, then gently plucked the leaf. Immediately, he felt a powerful energy in his hand, filled with life force and wild lightning energy.

    "Ah!"

The herb let out a cry of pain and curled up, falling silent.

Qin Yi quickly channeled purple-gold lightning into the herb.

"Three-Leaf Myriad Thunder Grass, hang in there!" Qin Yi shouted, channeling the lightning into the herb's body.

"Don't pass out on me!" he urged, but the herb didn't respond.

    "Hah!"

    Qin Yi increased the intensi
