The Blood Sword Demon Youth
o an ordinary scabbard, and slung it over his back. Reluctantly, he turned to leave.

At some point, the boy's hair had turned as red as blood, his body covered in what seemed like a layer of red fur.

However, he was so immersed in his grief that he didn’t notice. His departing silhouette, against his blood-red hair, looked incredibly somber, mingled with a sense of malice.

The blood-red broken sword at his back emitted a faintly discernible sword intent around him.

"Cloud Wandering Sect, here I come!" Qin Yi shouted towards the horizon.

Chapter Four: Stop Right There!

    Underneath a waterfall.

A boy sat, his eyes closed, with blood-red hair draped over his back, giving him an eerie appearance.

Suddenly, the boy opened his eyes, which flickered with a faint golden light.

"I've been wandering these mountains for so many days, how have I not found the Cloud Wandering Sect yet? I, Qin Yi, refuse to believe I can't find it!" The boy sighed.

This boy, searching for the Cloud Wandering Sect, was none other than Qin Yi. However, he had no sense of direction and had been lost in the mountains for three days.

Qin Yi stood up, stretched, and walked out from behind the waterfall. He noticed the blood-red fur that covered his body had vanished. He had discovered the previous day that this blood-red fur could be absorbed back into his body, allowing him to control it at will.

Qin Yi concentrated all the blood-red fur into the five fingers of his right hand. When used, the fur would extend into long, blood-red spikes, merging with his fingers and greatly enhancing his attack power.

Qin Yi wandered back to a cave he had found upon arriving in the mountains and claimed as his own. Inside, there was only a simple stone bed. He sat on the stone bed and began meditating cross-legged.

The surrounding spiritual energy swiftly converged towards Qin Yi. This was due to a cultivation technique his father had taught him called the "Qi Spirit Manual." Although this technique was only of a high-tier spiritual grade and had little use for his father, Qin Yu, it was a treasure for Qin Yi, who was just starting out.

In this world, there were two main races: the Human Clan and the Beast Clan. The Beast Clan was born with innate bloodlines but could only use their bloodline powers and could not control spiritual energy. In contrast, the Human Clan could harness spiritual energy and wield spiritual weapons.

    Time passed quickly.

Qin Yi had unknowingly been in the mountains for four days. As usual, he was searching for a way out. His figure gracefully leaped from tree to tree. Qin Yi's training was limited to one martial technique and one cultivation method taught by his father before his tragic death.
