The Blood Sword Demon Youth
be because you’ve been dead so long, no one had the chance," Qin Yi sneered, his eyes emitting a fierce coldness at the black bell.
"You must be itching for a beating!" the bell roared angrily, white patterns appeared on its surface, forming a design.
    "Dong~"
The bell chimed deeply, rotating rapidly, hurtling towards Qin Yi.
Qin Yi tried to escape using his Floating Cloud Steps, but it was too late. The bell's hard body slammed into him, leaving a large red mark on his chest.
    "Ah!"
His body was sent flying, crashing into a wall, forming a human-shaped indent.
    "Pfft"
He coughed up a large amount of blood, staining his robes further.
    "Coward! Attacking me by surprise..."
Qin Yi spoke weakly, still gripping his blood-colored broken sword.
"This sword must have been magnificent once, but now it’s broken... such a shame," the bell sighed.
Unnoticed by the bell, Qin Yi was already above it, gripping his sword, surrounded by purple-gold lightning.
    "Take this!"
He slashed down with a fierce lightning sword beam, striking the bell with immense force.
At that moment, a white aura emerged from the bell, forming a human figure above it.
The figure formed hand seals, lighting up the patterns on the black bell.
    "Ding."
A powerful rebound force erupted from the bell, repelling the lightning sword beam.
"Damn bell!" Qin Yi cursed inwardly.
"Young man, you defeated six golden bells but not the black bell. Given your cultivation at the Spirit Body Realm’s sixth level, I’ll reward you with spiritual energy infusion." The white figure's words halted Qin Yi’s attack.
"A reward? Sounds great!" Qin Yi's mood shifted dramatically. The figure shook its head, bemused.
"Spiritual energy infusion? Can’t you give me some powerful techniques or quick cultivation methods?" Qin Yi asked.
The figure frowned. "Young man, do you crave power that much?"
Qin Yi nodded firmly, his eyes determined.
"Gaining strength depends on many factors. True power requires strong skills and robust backing. Haste leads to waste; minor gains hinder great achievements."
This advice would profoundly impact Qin Yi’s future, reminding him constantly.
"May I know your esteemed name?" Qin Yi bowed deeply, hands clasped.
The figure smiled, "My name is Wandering Life, the first sect master of the Cloud Wanderer Sect."
Qin Yi felt a sense of familiarity.
"Wandering Life... isn't that the author of 'How Vast is the World'?" Qin Yi's eyes lit up.
"I didn’t expect anyone to have read my book. You young ones are impressive," the figure chuckled softly.
"The world is bigger than you think. You young folks should venture out and carve your own path," the figure advised.
    Qin Yi nodded sole
