Damaged Lines: The original text was published as an eight-page pamphlet. In the surviving copy, used as the basis for facsimile reprints, the bottoms of all pages have been cropped. A total of three lines—as deduced from the verse structure—are entirely missing, and a further three have been reconstructed from their surviving portions.
